Welcome to BillChamp POS. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to our services. By activating our register software, you agree to establish a binding agreement with BillChamp Inc.
By activating a BillChamp register license, you agree to comply with our platform operational standards. These terms cover all terminal subscriptions, local database sync protocols, and cloud management dashboards utilized by your active registers.
Licensing is governed by your active billing tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Licenses are bound to active terminal devices and cannot be split or shared concurrently across registers. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized staff access active registers.
We commit to a 99.99% uptime SLA for central database nodes. In cases of WAN network outages, your terminals remain fully functional via local offline caches. We are not liable for delayed data updates resulting from prolonged offline periods before automatic sync is executed.
You agree to utilize BillChamp solely for legitimate business transactions. You may not decompile checkout modules, bypass localized tokenization, inject malicious code into database syncing channels, or run automated scrapers on central APIs.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan. One-time setup specializations cover menu onboarding, catalog uploads, and staff training SLAs. Account cancellations or plan modifications can be executed with 30 days' notice from your dashboard.
